Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 10–12 business days from the date of purchase. This timeline covers order preparation and transit — please plan your purchase accordingly, especially for time-sensitive events.

Regional & Remote Area Delivery

If your delivery address falls under a regional or remote zone (as classified by our shipping partner), please note:

●        Delivery may take 1–2 additional days beyond the standard timeline.

●        An extra charge of up to $25 may apply, depending on the weight of your order.

●        Limited carrier access — FedEx's local delivery routes are less frequent in remote areas.

●        Extra transit hubs — the package passes through additional sorting facilities before reaching a remote pincode.

●        Weather or road conditions — terrain or seasonal weather can affect delivery in certain regions.

●        Lower delivery frequency — couriers may deliver to remote areas on alternate days instead of daily.

●        Address verification — carriers sometimes need extra time to confirm the exact delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking number and shipping details via Email and/or SMS, so you can follow your package the whole way.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package is handed over to FedEx, the shipping carrier takes responsibility for its delivery. In the case of a lost, delayed, or missing package, please raise the concern directly with FedEx (or UPS, where applicable) to begin a formal investigation or claim.
